download the file which contains the link to gdrive file as its a 900+mb download and drag the SOUNDTRACK.fbmod into modmanager and apply

If some are wondering how other modders were able to replace the full soundtrack of NFS 2015 in Frosty, you'll have to change the SeekTablesOffset & SamplesOffset values of the certain mp3 file selected from the 'segments' properties, which is right beside the waveform window. The replaceable songs have a SeekTablesOffset value of '4294967295' while the SamplesOffset values are set as '0'. The unreplaceable ones are set differently, so just copypaste the SeekTablesOffset values and set SamplesOffset to '0'.
