NFSMW Cop Car Healthbars

For fun... adds healthbars to police cars, showing you how close they are to being destroyed.
This is purely visual, it doesn't make them easier/harder to destroy than before. It simply shows the damage information the game uses already.

- Tweak pulse animation on destroyed cars

@Diogo I tried that, and unfortunately the bar is not displayed, this also includes rivals, only in the police appear (this is taking into account the untouched mod, there you have the source code and you can implement that, if you know what to touch)

I had this idea (I dont know how) in 2018 and now its come to fruition (its missing from Carbon), I loved it!

Now that's very interesting. A healthbar for the player using wrecked mode is possible? I always liked to imagine how the MW Pursuits would be with a Heat-Like Pursuit System
