Porsche 918 Spyder Beta Sound Mod

This is a improved version of the 918 Spyder with working PDK shifting and includes the beta sound from the Xbox 360 Alpha build(that they should've kept instead of that trash CGT sound)
Also a few other tweaks so now you can compete with SL65s on some tracks with good enough driving
Also removes the white paper discs, so you can see the wheels fully.

Mod also includes the Boxster Spyder (Starter Car) with proper PDK shifting. Nothing else was changed. Pretty sure the car is still mediocre even with this fix
