No Reset + Teleport Mod

A combination of two mods, the former disables auto-reset on track, allowing you to drive on any restricted and outer areas of the map without the game resetting you back to last safe position automatically, while the latter allows teleporting to any meetups, safehouses, activities and waypoints in the map menu (even in pursuit mode). A separate teleport mod is included inside the zip file if you don't want the main mod and have the teleport only.

With this combo, you can explore the out of bounds easily by creating a waypoint outside the main map of the game then teleport to there (by pressing shift (Keyboard) or X (Xbox) after hovering the map cursor to the waypoint) :).

Remember to sort this mod at the top for best compatibility with other mods!

Note: Since this disables the automatic reset, you'll have to manually get back on track by teleporting yourself in the map menu if your car gets flipped or stuck during free roam, race, etc. That's why I enabled the teleport feature inside of the no reset mod in the first place because of this. Also, the Vol 7's manual reset on track won't show up in this case sometimes.
