NFSU2 Cars performances update

SINCE I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO IMPROVE THIS MOD, I HAVE TO ABANDON IT.
FEEL FREE TO USE THIS MOD AS YOU WISH.

Use binary 2.8.3 to install.
Game version: 1.2.
I tried to balance the game, nerf the OP starting cars and make late game cars more viable.
Tested a few cars on the dyno tracks and free roam. Can't give lap times because my driving is quite bad, not consistent.

Version 1.2:

I tried to improve the handling of these cars, it was pretty bad.
I wanted to make the Lancer and the Impreza have the best handling in the game, not sure if i succeeded though.

Changes:

- Corolla: handling slightly nerfed
- 350Z: handling slightly buffed
- Skyline: acceleration and handling slightly buffed
- Lancer Evo 08: acceleration and handling slightly buffed
- Rx7: acceleration and handling slightly buffed
- Impreza WRX: acceleration and handling slightly buffed
===============================================================

I changed the top speed for some stock cars, it was either way too high or too low. Handling too is slightly changed for some cars.

Also affects stock cars, right?

I didn't check each car, because i don't have the time for it. I was oping that someone else would do it.
For example, for improving the acceleration, i changed the torque value, by adding 0.002 to it and did that only to the top engine, not the default one. And did that to each RPM.
For the civic for example, one of the values is increased from 0.035 to 0.037.
I don't know if it's enough, but it does seem that it helps changing the gears better.
The handling changes are a bit more complicated.

Also, have you tested lap and drag times for each vehicle?

Hey, does this come with an exact changelog of which values you touched and to what degree? Also, the RX-8 notably has incorrect weight in vanilla (it's one of the better late unlock vehicles but it weighs 90 kg less than its actual weight) so I was wondering if you fixed that, too. Same with the AE86 becoming AWD for some confusing reason.
