SINCE I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO IMPROVE THIS MOD, I HAVE TO ABANDON IT.
FEEL FREE TO USE THIS MOD AS YOU WISH.

Use VltEd 4.6 to install: run as administrator - file - import - modscript - select the .nfsms file - open - install; then file - save
Game version: black edition 1.3
Do not reupload this mod.

- the traffic speed is increased a bit more.

- No more catchup.
- Opponents are much more skilled, therefore faster.
- The M3 is faster, which makes the last boss tougher to beat.
- The traffic is faster, both, in the city and on the highway.
- The last chase is harder.
