Need for Speed ProStreet Multi 19 languages selector mod
Description
Need for Speed ProStreet with Multilingual cutscene and speech dub plus language changer mod.
Cutscene and speech dub files are extracted from various region and language of PC version ProStreet, particularly the US version, EU version, Taiwan version and Japanese version.
Available languages:
- Czech
- Danish
- Dutch
- English
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Hungarian
- Italian
- Norwegian
- Polish
- Russian
- Spanish
- Spanish (Mexico)
- Swedish
- Japanese (Asian exe required)
- Korean (Asian exe required)
- Traditional Chinese (Asian exe required)
- Thai (Asian exe required, currently not available)
Requirements
Either US version, Taiwan version or a Japanese version Need for Speed ProStreet will work, EU version might not be compatible due to PAL not compatible with NTSC issue, Asian version Need for Speed ProStreet is strongly recommended due to Asian languages are supported.
Installation
Just extract the archive to your Need for Speed ProStreet. For language change, run LangChange.bat in Administrator mode and follow the instruction to choose your desired language.
Known Issues
- Asian languages are not supported by EU/US version exe, please use Asian version or find Asian version exe.
- Thai language temporary unavailable due to missing key files, if anyone can provide the relevant files, I will update the mod.

@NeucomInc I can confirm that my script is working properly... For the cutscene issue, it only have English NTSC files and no other language's cutscene file available. To change the "Cutscene audio", you need to check SOUND\Nls instead of SOUND\Speech folder and the file name should be ps_nis_pc_<lang name>.rbk and .sbk

Hi, the mod worked well by changing UI language but not the dub, I checked the script and I saw it renames the script changes the paspeech files but not properly it seems (I launched it in administrative mod), i did it manually and it worked my UI and dub are in my language which is great :D BUT it doesn't changes the cutscenes language and my game only have english ntsc files, you should include cutscenes for other languages if possible (and if you find them, because I couldn't find them), thanks :)

To Note: font is "buggy" is due to all Western languages I purposely set to use Japanese version font as it looks better, if anyone doesn't like it, I can revert it.

@crk I'm using 1.1 versions and tested personally with my own copy of NFS ProStreet, and I can confirm that the mod is working as intended, please check if you use WideScreen patch with ini setting to use local setting instead of registry, or else the language switch will not working.As for those who use widescreen local settings, please change your language via ini file if you set widescreen patch to store your game settings locally
