Fix Coplight blue (vanilla)

A quick script for only the blue light of the police, with explanation included.

Coming soon: Version 2, the appropriate configuration for only coplightblue if you have the LightStreaks option enabled in WideScreenFix and an option to disable the white light of the police because that’s how it is in the cinematic

I recommend downloading and installing the ‘MW Police Rework’ mod and the ‘Better SUV Unit’ mod, because the copsporthench, level 5 white police, will no longer have errors with their incorrectly placed white lights, and the same goes for the Better SUV Unit.
