NFS Undercover - Overcast visuals mod

I thought I'd go on ahead and decide to make an overcast type visuals mod for Undercover, consisting of mainly cloudy skies and lightings that match with the cloudy skies, with the skies being taken straight from Prostreet.

Mod installation is in the Readme.txt inside the mod folder, and I have just now created a Binary installer for this visuals mod.
