No Traffic in Drag Races

Need For Speed Most Wanted is possibly one of the most beloved entries in the series, right?
Yet, it's still infamous for the way drag races work. Truth be told, the way drag races are handled is what kept me from replaying this game in the last years. And since someone took care of this, I decided to take the matter into my own hands.

So lo and behold, fellow racers! This is the mod many of you were hoping for, the one no one made before! I give you.... No Traffic In Drag Races!

So yeah, this mod does exactly what the title suggests: it completely removes traffic from every single drag race, career AND blacklist member included. Wanna race Jewel, but that pesky semi-truck spawning out of nowhere keeps effing you up? Gotcha covered!

This mod is tested on the 1.3 version of the game (which is a gold standard if you're into modding to begin with, so it shouldn't be a problem at all) and you will need VltEd 4.6 to install it.

INSTALLATION

1 - Open VltEd 4.6 and make sure to have it managing your Most Wanted 2005 folder
2 - Download my file and extract it anywhere
3 - With VltEd window open, press Ctrl+I to import a mod script.
4 - Browse where the file has been extracted and select it
5 - Once it's done applying press Ctrl+S to save
6 - ......thank me later :P

ISSUES AND SIDE EFFECT

While removing the standard traffic was easy enough, the side traffic still was a problem to deal with. In order to achieve the results I wanted I ended up being forced to use extreme measures, so I removed the entries related to the traffic cars entirely. So basically installing this mod will ALSO remove every single traffic car in the game I guess. For me it's barely a problem since I use the Limit Adjuster mod, but if you still want the regular traffic (and don't mind still having those side spawning traffic in certain races) I got you covered:

Upon downloading the file, you will find two version of the modscript inside; the Complete version comes with the total wipeout of the traffic and possibly (needs testing, but I'm almost positive about this) removing every single traffic instance from the game. Lite version still retains some traffic in drag races, limited to the occasional and scripted sideway spawns (like, for example, the semi-trucks that pops out from behind the neon barriers and so on) while still giving you the full traffic experience in every other race. You chose which version of the mod you prefer.
