Level 4 Pursuit Tech for all Cars and Jammers for Undercover

This mod adds:
- Level 4 pursuit tech for all cars in the game
- Jammers for undercover cops

I added jammers only for undercover cops, as it made sense to me that they'd have them. In the future, I may add all racer weapons to undercover cars. So yes, now you can jam a racer's jammer.

INSTALLATION:
1. Download Frosty Mod Manager
2. If:
2.1. Using Rivals+ -- put this above Rivals+ and do not use with modded day fog as it causes graphical errors
2.2. Not using Rivals+ -- should go above anything that affects the characteristics of the cars

Further from that, I do not know of any conflicts when I tested it.

Hey,author!I find this mod is conflict with the Speedlist Locked Vehicles Unlocker .If I use this mod,I ll lose my racer s Agera R and Cop s Ferrari Enzo s weapons.Can u fix it?
