NFSU2 Period Correct Alternate Soundtrack

Something fun I challenged myself to do when the underground2.net mod came out; make a period correct soundtrack for the game to give it a fresh new feel while doing my best to keep the original mood and tone as before. Some tracks you've probably already heard of from other media and I included because it was an interesting choice, but I did my best to have unique entries that wouldn't really be on a racing game. As a result I feel like the collection of songs is pretty unique and not like a lot of other soundtrack mods out there, but that's only really my opinion. Maybe you learn of a new artist you turn out to really like. Maybe you just want more Eurobeat or Nu-metal. In that case, sorry.

The rock choices are maybe a bit mainstream, but I don't really have much knowledge of alternative / rock music from this era.

If you're feeling a bit fatigued from the original few songs then this might change the game dramatically (not really, it's just a soundtrack replacement mod). I've left the first two tracks untouched to keep a bit of tradition, it would be sacrilege to replace Riders On The Storm and I Need Speed.

Audio levels may be all over the place, but I didn't want to sacrifice audio quality.

Required - NFSU2 Trax Renamer

Instructions -
Place NFSU2 Trax Renamer in your main NFSU2 install directory, this is required to change the titles of the songs in menus or during pop up notifications.
Extract sdat.viv and place it in a folder called SDATA.Backup (Depending on where you've obtained your NFSU2 copy, this may already be done.)
Extract the compressed file.
Make backups of the MusicSFx.mpf and MusicSFx.mus files.
Place all three folders into the main directory of your NFSU2 install folder. If prompted to overwrite, choose yes and do so.
