Ported E3 Police Cars

Converted PS3 police cars (sven-test) to PC.
- This mod was born with the idea of fixing Danz's models, due to his inactivity and that he left mw12 modding, we decided to make it a little better by ourselves, so here it is.

This was done with the help of Redmakz1 (thank you very much for the help) and myself.

Redmakz1: vinyl fix (make it look properly black and white color)
Stamp05 (me): porting the models and fixing the silver wheels.

instructions:
Drag the files inside “VEHICLES” folder into “VEHICLES” folder in your game's installation folder

known bugs:
- Crown vic model has a hole
- The position of the headlights and sirens of the swat van are wrong (keep the ones of the final version)

guys I tried to update the mod with the HI versions of the police cars, which didn't let me. I better update the description to a link with the update so don't worry, it's done.
