Ported E3/GPMM Police Cars

Converted PS3 police cars (sven-test/Hawaii_aveal) to PC.
- This mod was born with the idea of fixing Danz's models, due to his inactivity and that he left mw12 modding, we decided to make it a little better by ourselves, so here it is.

- Update 1.2:

- Update 1.3:
- Ford Crown's hole fixed
- Fixed wheel movement texture, now they don't look weird
- Attempted to correctly position the headlights and sirens on the Swat Van.
- Changed the wheels of the Swat Van to the beta version

- Update 1.4:
- Added the three police cars from the first versions of the game “GPMM” to be exact.

-The UV maps of the Crown Vic (sventest) were fixed, as they were misaligned
-The headlights of the Ford Explorer (sventest) were changed
-Damage was added to the Crown Vic GPMM
-The UV map of the Ford Explorer GPMM was fixed
-Minor changes

- Update 1.5.1:
- The “911-response” text and some special numbers have been added (thanks to lightningkachow0580 for letting me know)
- blrur wheels have been added to the LO models
NOTE: Sometimes “911” and the numbers don't show up, you just need to restart the game. I don't know of a way to fix this 100%

I am cutting the waves and the other mod that you may know that was broken besides the VEHICHLETEXT I cutted both of them out and put them in the game and they are blue but I didn't put the HI or LO as I don't want to replace the cars. Do I have to put the hi or lo to show the black and white????
