MC3 Rims UG2.net Compatibility Fix

Lets you use ug2.net rims along mc3 rims and fixes the wheel selection
install it as a binary script AFTER installing ug2.net (https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/2004) and Midnight Club 3 rims pack (https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/4906)

i don't know why but after installing the mod for some reason the wheels were just invisible, the MC3 rims section was there just blank, i don't know why though

I still got some Issues. The Rims are shown twice and when applying some of the ug2.net wheels, they change to the MC3 Wheels once backing out of the wheel selection.
