It's because something was updated on the mod page (title, description, thumbnail, files...). I had to update the description of my mods too to include a support section and now they're in the "Updated" section too. That's just how the website works.

Why is there a "sort By" option in this site when there is no sorting happening?
There is no "UPDATE" on this mod but it's in the updated "sort by" list.
What is the "Update" on this mod?
Did they change an image or the name and call it "Updated"
There has been no changes in this mod It has only been re-posted in the update section.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
In what way was the VEH_122819_TR.BNDL (the only usable file in this mod) file updated?
But I downloaded it again, just to delete it.
