2012 SRT Viper GTS added to every ambush (plus hard police)

Adds the 2,012 SRT Viper GTS to every ambush and some speedrun events too. This is based on a gameplay.bndl file that included hard police chases so whether you like it or not chases will be more annoying.

@dobdob the event list has a maximum number of events showable so if a specific ambush event isn't there try manually driving to the event and starting it there. I have tried every single ambush event in the srt viper so this is just a problem of not seeing it in the menus.

hi, i've replaced the file but i didn't see the Viper on ambush even until maximum heat.
