Reduce the brightness of cop light

Xbox 360 stuff pack cop light too bright? Install this MOD! The brightness will be reduced by about 30%.

Federal pursuit vehicles may not have a good effect because their light sources are too concentrated,
but for other police vehicles, the effect is good.

install:
0.Back up your original files.
1.Open NFS-VltEd.
2.Select your game root directory.
3.Select File→Import→Modscripts（ctrl+i）.
4.Select "Install.nfsms"and click Install.
5.Select File→Save.
6.Enjoy!

This MOD is specially designed for xbox360 stuff pack.
It may not be suitable for other screen MODS or vanilla games!
