ProStreet - Nissan 240SX sound fix

In the game files there are a few files related to the Nissan 240SX:

- car_018-exhaust.tmx (nis_240sx_a)
- car_122-exhaust.tmx (nis_240sx_b)

And it seemed strange to me that these sounds were not used in the car itself. So I made this modscript that fixes it.
