Ride height fixes include: all racer/player/AI and cop car's FrontEnd ride heights and reflection offsets, gameplay ride heights also the Z wheel offset fix for the Porche 911 Carrera S (It's tires no longer clip into the ground)

CHANGELOG
1.0 = Fixed All racer cars ride height, reflection offsets and fixed the wheel offset of Porche 911 Carrera S.
1.2 = Fixed All cop cars ride height, reflection offsets and installation errors.

"Rideheight" in the ecar node modifies the height setting in a car's options by -5 or +5. On the other hand, "Rideheight" in the chassis node could alter the entire handling and physics of the vehicle.
