NFSU2 Uncensored Soundtrack + Spanish And English Voices

I decided to try my had at redoing this mod to add the Spanish voices (also includes English) so users don't have to extract them from the original file, additionally wanted to fix some overly long silences, i couldn't quite get the timing on the intro sadly but will have to wait for another version, as adding files to the ,mus has to be done one by one and they don't actually replace the files inside the .mus so you have to do the full thing again if you don't want to make the file pointlessly big.

Used flac from the internet archive upload adding the missing files in 320 mp3, do note that they all where then converted to mp3 320 and then the program that convert them to .asf does its own conversion,

I also added the tools because that cost me more to find that doing this to begging with, if any song is wrong or you think i should use another version please comment the details and i will see if i do it, i also wanted to maybe do a version with 85% volume because i tho that was causing some weird crackling in my headphones but it looks like my headphones just don't like some of the songs and i don't know why, they aren't that cheap, so please comment if you notice something of that and may check if lowering the internal volume before importing the files help. for the moment all files where imported at 100% volume as per MCO default.

Installation: Just download and replace the files if needed, change the name to the folder "SDATA" for example "SDATA.Backup", change the language in the registry depending the voice you will use.

This version was made from scratch, it does not use xGMVx version as a base, so it could have different choices and problems.
