W2C Fix 1.1
This mods, united with Sunrise's Hyperlinked (mod by ARCHIE), can eliminate the remaining seasonal elements to give a more vanilla-like experience on W2C
HOW TO INSTALL
- Open Binary, then import TextureFix.end on User mode and select game install folder (select install procedure)
This will eliminate the ski flags in Rockport's Golf Club and replace pumpkins texture
- Open OGVI, open game .exe and import FixOn.nfsms to eliminate seasonal emitters and other stuff
This eliminates 2D effects like snow and ghosts and fixes the data of pumpkins to fit as trash bags
HOW TO UNINSTALL
- Open Binary, then import TextureFix.end on User mode and select game install folder (select uninstall procedure)
This will restore the ski flags in Rockport's Golf Club and the pumpkins to their original state
- Open OGVI, open game .exe and import FixOff.nfsms to restore seasonal emitters and other stuff
This will restore the emitters and smackables to their original state
WARNING!
Tested only on 360 texture install, results may be different on other versions. Remember to do a backup of your game for safety.

Wanting to add, for whoever wants to remove ALL seasonal elements, you should try to get Sunrise by ARCHIE and paste in your folder the hyperlinked. To get it, install on a fresh copy Sunrise for w2c. According to him it should 99% crash the game as it needs the asi script to work from Sunrise too. If you are uninterested in Sunrise and the hyperlinked alone doesnt work, you will have to install Sunrise on your copy. I believe you can setup no time advancement and stop the cycle, so should not be a problem.

Responding to the comments.I have to update because there is an error in the files, i suggest to reinstall.
Idk why it is flagged as a virus, but it is safe, flag is as false positive.
And ending in case you still have festive decorations, I just removed SOME of them. Most of the worked is done by the Sunrise Mod by ARCHIE, which provides an hyperlinked for the other festive stuff. I may ask him if I can distribute the hyperlinked.
