Carbon Rockport Minimap

Based on modified NFS World minimap, edited to match Rockport v1.0.
There may be a few wrong routes, if you spot any, please let me know, I will patch them for next update.

Installation is simple, install it as a ModManager mod or replace files directly.

Latest changes:
- Fixed the highway near stadium
- Fixed the loops near stadium
