This mod script prevents the units (cop cars) from flip deaths when their car is flipped further than 90 degrees and makes them vulnerable to spike strips, makes them capable of taking damage from any collision/impact without being required tagged first and gives all units logical HP (makes heat 3 and above units finally manually destroyable)
