NFSC Retex Custom Paint Job

This mod overhauls car and wheel paint materials in NFS Carbon, offering enhanced visual fidelity and a wider range of realistic finishes.
Experience deeper gloss, richer metallic flakes, true matte textures, shimmering pearl effects, vibrant candy colors, dynamic iridescent shifts,
and reflective chrome. Wheel paints receive similar upgrades, including metallic, matte, chrome, and pearl options, all with improved detail and realism.

All paints are designed to look better in-game. The Front-End (FE) Garage appears brighter compared to in-game due to additional light sources,
which make the paint appear more reflective and vibrant. The same brightness effect seen in the FE Garage will also appear in-game when you're in around some traffic,
cop vehicles, opponent racers, or any other well-lit areas. All these paints will differ in brightness as you go in and out of well-lit areas and light sources from all vehicle types.

Pearl (Improvement Mod Only)

Note: Improvement Mod adds "PEARL" paint type to wheel paints. To install and uninstall,
you can choose between Vanilla or Improvement Mod and select Install or Restore Wheel Paints respectively.
