Unused Ai + PresetRide Re-organisation

Aims to create Ai data for unused Ai names and re-organize what car each Ai drives.

Install the "Script.nfsms" with NFS Vlt-Ed 4.6, click save, done

A bit late but it would be nice to have rivals show up earlier or later depending on their cars.

I feel like a lot of the Super Promotion and even ELITE rivals would be better off appearing in React Team Sessions first just because of their mediocre to average car performance (i.e. CTS-V, M3, or Mustang users) or just addressing the fact that it's weird to not have not have X model show up early (i.e. Impreza, NSX, RX-7).
