Bowser's Balance Patch

This mod attempts to balance out most of the cars from Most Wanted. Some were clearly better than others and this mod attempts to fix that, with some minor QoL career/race difficulty changes as well. Make sure you read the README on how to install this mod into your copy of Most Wanted.
