1. Run Binary as admin and go to the left "User Mode" window.
2. Select the "Installer.end" file, look for the directory where the game is installed and click on it.
3. Select the first tab that says "Install Ford Mustang SVT Cobra [Add-On]" and click on it.
4. And once it has been installed correctly, click Save.
5. Run the game and a new Profile should be created and that's it.

the mod downloaded just fine because i saw an ai driving the car, but when i go to look for it my self both in career mode and the customize menu it's no where to be found, what do i do to maybe fix this?

This is a dream come true! Thx!Also, I wanted to point out an texture mapping error on the bottom car texture on Mantis Widebody, plus the car being too low on the street, other than that the mod's perfect!
Another thing, did you plan to add the rest of the S281 stuff like the hood, spoiler and the side vent?
