This mod adds neon to all cars.(Replacing car shadow textures.)

Installation:

1- Copy the contents in any color folder to folder named "GLOBAL" in your game directory.
2- And play!

How to uninstall?

Copy the contents in "No Neon" folder to folder named "GLOBAL" in your game directory.
