Police lights in E3 Press Conference style

My friend encouraged me to create this mod, so I decided to make it and post it here, maybe someone will like it.
So far i have only replaced the textures of the police lights. in the future i might change something else. i plan to make an adaptation for Post-Porcessing FX Tweaker (https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/4313)

INSTALL
Copy GLOBALTEXTUREDICTIONARY.BNDL file to the root folder of the game, do not forget to make a backup.

Yeah and I guess thats a shit ton of work... and a ton of knowledge. Which I also dont have. I looked up the hex editing tutorial by DGlorio and dude theres no way im doing all that... for every single file... and with my luck when im finally done the game crashes

I tried out your mod today and have to say its great. The police lights look way better now with more contrast and saturation. I will keep it installed. Still looking for someone to port the hiding/cooldown areas over from the beta and for a proper improved police mod that expands the circle on the minimap with every heat level, ive seen that in the beta honestly so sad they cut it out for no reason

That would be great, ive checked him out but didnt really see a difference in his videos. Its hard to tell
