Updated Speedometer for Shift 2

This is an updated speedometer for the (very common) situation that a mod doesn't have a dedicated HUD.
It increases both the range of the max speed and rpm's
And uses a font close enough to the one used in that era.
If you have the patch 1.2 this is included there, but mainly is for those ones that want to use ptmu, vanilla or g-tyres
