High quality tire textures for ProStreet

ProStreet uses a half resolution version of the Carbon tire texture, with rather flat looking normal mapping. It looks lame as you can imagine. So i decided to use high quality Carbon tire texture with custom normal mapping.

Note: Most aftermarket rims does not have normal mapping for the tires, due to the game being unfinished.

IMPORTANT: USE BINARY 2.9 FOR INSTALLATION!

[Installation]:
-Download Binary and open as administrator, choose user mode then select the install.end
-Select the game installation folder, install it and save

[Uninstall]:
-Download Binary and open as administrator, choose the user mode then select the uninstall.end
-Select the game installation folder, install it and save

[Updates]:
1.01: Fixed a small issue
1.02: Updated the normals with sharper looking ones
1.03: Now the installer will not work Binary versions below 2.9.0

@RKBDI Welcome to ProStreet, where everything is broken. Backward tire tracks is a known bug in this game, separate from this mod.
