Drag and drop to install VEH_122706_HI и VEH_122706_LO.BNDL to MW\VEHICLES.

@Ilyas, the mod has HI and LO versions. Try selecting a car through Cheat Engine.

there are existing mods that allowed me to drive cop cars but it always make my game crash
