Highway 142 Duel (Custom Track/Race)

A custom track/race mod for Need for Speed: Carbon. Canyon duel type of race, but on Highway 142.

INSTALLATION
0. Make sure you have extracted the "Highway142Duel.nfsms" file from the ZIP archive
1. Open NFS-VltEd
2. File->Open, go to your NFSC game root folder
3. After opening your game files, File->Import->Modscript (or simply Ctrl+I)
4. Look for the "Highway142Duel.nfsms" file
5. Install, wait until finish
6. Save the game files/Ctrl+S

WHERE IS THE RACE LOCATED IN THE QUICK RACE LIST/MAP?
Go to the Canyon category along with Canyon race type. Look for the one called Knife's Edge without any visible race map on the screen, that has the length 7.3 KMS and default record of 69,000.

IF IT DOESN'T APPEAR ON YOUR QUICK RACE LIST:
0. Make sure ExOpts Team's NFSC Extra Options (https://github.com/ExOptsTeam/NFSCExOpts) is installed in your game
1. Open the game folder, look for the folder "scripts"
2. Open the file NFSCExtraOptionsSettings.ini
3. Look for the option "ShowHiddenTracks" (it's under the Menu section)
4. Change the value to 1, so the game lists all hidden tracks including this new one

*I haven't tested it without using ExOpts so it's highly recommended to install it first
*If you want traffic in the race, use the ShowMoreRaceOptions = 1 option in ExOpts configuration file
