No brakes / brake boosting

looks like razor sabotaged your car a bit more than before (well all cars are affected so maybe not that) so straight up noone has any brakes, no handbrake no nothing, youre on your own (except maybe cops, they might be the same)
either that or if you install the other version brakes do the opposite of braking, they boost you forwards like that thing in gta speedruning, i think thats how it works at least
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE BACKUPS, YOU'LL NEED THEM.
install with vlted and read the readme like a good boy
