this removes the speed limiter for most cars. most noticeably in speed events where its capped at 402 km/h

It doesn't work aswell on mine :( got Booster Pack installed and everything default installed =(

@UneasyRider13 This is actually unneeded now as vlt edit doesn't break the cameras. the reason the konigsegg wasn't effected because it had a .1 difference in the speed limiter than the common value. this mod was done purely via hex to prevent vlt from destorying the cameras. but that bug is fixed in vlt 4.5 now!

I tried this on the Koenigsegg but it still tops out at 402
