What's changed?

*Helmet Camera: "SpeedShake" values are fixed and improved in terms of vibration levels (frequency, positions, kick etc.) They were a bit off in kick and vibrations were too unnatural. Added 1.0 -1.2 100MPH max for decent sense of speed without overdoing it. Do not worry, I care about such :)
*Cockpit Camera: Completely overhauled. Camera position is fixed to the same default position of Helmet Camera. Helmet render (The worn helmet display and it's physics around the camera) is enabled. Tweaked "HeadPhysicsScale" values to make the camera react to physical reactions (Hitting bumps, impacts and G forces overall) respectively to human movement against such forces in a milder way than the Helmet Camera. It feels like the Need For Speed Shift Cockpit Camera without the exagarrated reactions.
*Chase Camera: Improved overall values and consistency of effects faithfully to the original Chase Camera.
*Bonnet Camera: Tweaked dynamic FOV values from bizarre numbers to 1.0 - 1.2 100MPH max
*Bumper Camera: Tweaked dynamic FOV values from bizarre numbers to 1.0 - 1.2 100 MPH max
