[NFSC] Detailed Car Names Revamped

I added the car names for Improvement Mod V2 and fixed some vanilla car names.
How to install:
Open Binary by MaxHwoy.
Select User Mode.
Select the NFSCCarnames.end script.
Choose your preferred installation method.
Save the files.
If I made a mistake, please leave a comment so I can fix it.
Updated (for the new rev of improvement mod):
Correct names on reward cards, challenge series, races and etc.
