1. Run Binary as admin and go to the left "User Mode" window.
2. Select the "Installer.end" file, look for the directory where the game is installed and click on it.
3. Select the first tab that says "Install Mitsubishi Lancer ES [Add-On]" and click on it.
4. And once it has been installed correctly, click Save.
5. Run the game and a new Profile should be created and that's it.

Man, thanks for the excellent modeling. Now I want to know how to get rid of that excessive understeer in the dyno settings because the car just won't turn.

Amazing!, i installing it but not show in the game after create an new save game, not know if i pass the limit of addon cares, or not know if the file of instalations work it right for me
