Improved Neon & New LED + Puddle Lights

--[CHANGELOG]--
1.0:
- Improved ground textures for vanilla underglow options.
- New Orange and Electric Blue colors.
--- Orange makes a come back from Underground 1, and Electric Blue is a more true-to-life neon blue option, as seen in the 2000s.
Improved neon bar textures by making them emulate a 'bloom' look.
--- This also affects engine and trunk neon options. The light bar size appears to be slightly smaller than vanilla, as I found them to be unrealistically thick.
- Completely new LED underglow option with solid, pulsating, and color shifting variants!
--- These LED options do not have visible neon bars, because LED strips are much smaller and thus less likely to be visible protruding out of the bodywork.
- Completely new puddle lights option with full colored versions and side-only variants in a 5 LED and 3 LED pattern.
--- The side variants are only available in 3 unique shades of white: cool white, regular white, warm white.

--[REQUIRED FILES]--
You need a game install of Need for Speed Underground 2 with the 1.2 patch.

--[REQUIRED MODS]--
- You need Binary to install it.
- You need Unlimiter v4 in order for this mod to work properly. Download v4 here: https://github.com/nlgxzef/NFSU2Unlimiter/releases
- You need Extra Options in order for this mod to work properly. Download here: https://github.com/nlgxzef/NFSU2Unlimiter/releases

--[INSTALLATION]--
1 - Install NFSU2 Unlimiter & Extra Options & Binary.
2 - Extract the mod folder to any location.
3 - Run Binary as an Administrator.
4 - Click on User Mode (the left option).
5 - the Binary file selector, go to the extracted mod folder and select "Neons Installer.end"
6 - Select the NFSU2 directory you want to install the mod to.
7 - When Binary asks to save files press Yes.
8 - Inside your game's scripts folder you will find NFSU2ExtraOptions.ini file. In it, change "NeonBrightness" value to "1.75", otherwise the neon bars will be too thin.
9 - The mod should now be installed.
