  • This mod replaces the license plate with a larger version, from 128 pixels to 2048 pixels. The reference was taken from a California license plate.
    NOV means the registration expires in November, indicated by a small NOV sticker.
    2004 confirms the registration year.
    And Bayview is a city.
    And since this game had a main release: November 2004 (USA November 15, Europe November 19). A reference is made to NFS Underground 2 with the main year.
