love heat cops but they're too slow and all the mods just changes them too much? this is for you. this mod only makes them faster but not too fast where 400+ cars cant escape. THATS ALL! no 100 cops that just falls behind or anything thats unfair.

-cops fast enough to keep up better slightly. emphasis on slightly, this mod isn't meant to completely break the game's balance.
