To prevent the player from buying upgrades they have been set to 9999999 in cost. This has the side effect of making any car that has these parts inherit the value.
So don't sell these vehicles, unless you wish to break the balance of the mod. You can sell cars that don't have these parts just fine tho.
Also Drag events have been reduced to 2 heats that you must fully drive, no false starts, and Drift is now 1 heat only
What does this mod do?
This mod stops you from buying upgrades. But racedays have a 60% chance to give a new part when their win and domination threshold are reached. This is the Roulette part of the mod.
But in addition, the AI have been greatly improved, early game AI will still be weak but later game AI will be an actual challenge.
However these AI improvements did require every vehicle in the game having NOS equipped (as performancematch doesn't equip these parts correctly)
Detailed Changes:
BMW M3 E92 has had the differential fixed on the upgraded model. (To make the grip king better)
BMW M3 E92 stock and upgraded have had their tire friction values swapped. (To make the grip king better)
All vehicles have had their shift speed reduced to 0.1 (As unlike the player, the AI is forced to use automatic transmission)
All vehicles have had their redline set the same as their max rpm (As unlike the player, the AI is forced to use automatic transmission)
All vehicles had had their KA set to 0 (Improves AI performance)
All vehicles come equipped with NOS (As otherwise the AI won't have any NOS to use)
All vehicles now have a 250mph speed cap (In the base game some vehicles got limited to 220 to 245 mph)
Sector shootout times have been fixed (As in the normal game some cars are biased to get more points)
Quick Upgrades are disabled
Regular upgrades are no longer purchasable (Unless your cheating)
All events rebalanced
DLC car prices fixed
Damage has been changed to be more resistant on lower speed impacts, more punishing at higher speeds
Minor issues:
Drift currently uses a different intro, because having only one heat breaks the regular version.
