A VERY SLIGHTLY IMPROVED PROLOGUE

This mod slightly improves the prologue. Its not the biggest overhaul but it basically adds
- Traffic spawns in the Cross Chase & San Juan tutorial
- The test drive where you test your first beginner car now has different cars as opponents.
