is the ''The Prestige'' event still beatable if i have this mod equipped?

Hi, I’m writing to ask how to create car model mods and what programs are needed. Also, is there a guide on how to do this? If I’m not mistaken, there used to be one for *NFS Most Wanted* (2012).

This mod is absolutely incredible. I wish the McLaren W1 could replace the F1, and the Ferrari F80 could replace the CCXR. That would be amazing.
