Xbox 360 Visuals (NFSMW)

About the mod:
This mod was originally made by osdever, but it was discontinued and taken down from NFSMods, so I wanted to bring it back to life with updated features and new improvements.
It is aimed at users with low-end devices who struggle to run the Xbox 360 Stuff Pack, as well as vanilla enthusiasts who prefer the Xbox 360 vibes.

Features:

Visual treatment taken from Xbox 360, no more piss-yellow game
Cops no longer have white cop lights like in Xbox 360
Light flare textures are now replaced with the Xbox 360 ones
All other light flare values have been changed to match the Xbox 360

Improvements:

Installation is now easy and simple with Vlt-Ed and Binary
Values and textures have been updated based on the latest Xbox 360 Stuff Pack
Alpha values from the light flares have been decreased, so there is no need to use shaders
