This mod recreates the Near Miss behavior from Underground 2
Sometimes you need to make a near miss first for the mod to work
In freeroam you should see a message ,,NEAR MISS MOD LOADED"

@apprentice1914, yes it does, every near miss will recharge your nitrous, multiple near miss faster nitrous recharging
