You may encounter with some serious bugs and errors if you use OGVI to import terzo.nfsms.You need to change "Visual" to "Value" in:
update_field pvehicle terzo MODEL Value TERZO
Add "s" to "MaxG" in the lines with "ecar" . (MaxG => MaxGs).
You need to add these lines as well (Otherwise the car dies on 4th gear if you upgrade it):
update_field transmission terzo_top GEAR_EFFICIENCY[5] 1
update_field transmission terzo_top GEAR_EFFICIENCY[6] 1

My tyre is in the wrong position, I installed via exe file install button, car works but position of whole tyre is in wrong place. I cant use that vlted cause it errors and dont work for me.

@Eclipse72rus, but my game crashes when i use the Addon version via Ed, any plans to fix crash issues.
