NFS UNDERCOVER X360 HUD Countdown Fix

This is a HUD port from the Xbox beta version of NFS: Undercover to the PC version
It was ported by SpeedyHeart so downlaod the mod first then install this ssmall script mod and it will prevent the any issues from the x360 hud.
