More Neon Colors

This mod changes the colors of country neons to give you more color combinations, names are also changed to match the colors
This mod also allows you to sell the country neons (i also included another mod to acquire the country neons)
This mod will not work with cracked versions of the game (so far i don't think there is a crack version with the necessary update)

Directions:
1. Download Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.4.5 (https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html)
2. Place files .fbmod and .fbarchive into the mods folder of mod manager
3. Load mod manager and select mod
4. Launch game and enjoy

The old NFS ™ Payback version has neon lights under the bottom of the car, that version of game which was hacked! =)
